Notification to our clients and employees: As everyone is very well aware, the Coronavirus is causing disruptions around the world. Many governments including the United States of America are considering giving a formal recommendation for working remotely and for children to be home schooled. I wanted to take a moment to let you know that due to my personal past professional experience (in the 90’s working with local governments for Y2K contingency planning), that Human Resources Mexico, S de RL has had contingency plans for all of our internal employees and processes to work remotely from their homes. We have been fine tuning this plan since January 2017 when gas shortages hit Tijuana, Baja California and the city was without gasoline for 4 days. All of our internal processes and all of our procedures for delivering our services to our customers and the employees of our customers are 100% compliant with a remote work scenario (Each internal HRM employee working from their homes.) Human Resources Mexico is advising all of our clients and the employees that we are ready for a remote work scenario and that we will continue to deliver 100% of our services without interruptions, providing the following are functioning normally:
