The first step is to provide you with our complete proposal package in as much as it will answer 95% of your questions. The package includes the total costs (for budgeting purposes), valid client references, our Mexican employer obligations in basic English, and a checklist for implementing everything. We can schedule a phone call before or after we provide you with the complete proposal package. Whatever makes you comfortable.
 
Keep in mind that our operations / finances are audited on an ongoing basis by certified SAT (Equivalent to the IRS) auditors. You will find that our company, staff, and manner of doing business is top notch.

Note: Our service goes much further than simply putting employees under our employment umbrella. Besides HR and payroll tasks, (Upon your approval) we can handle all travel arrangements (Visas, airfare, hotel) for the employee(s), prepaying all travel, so the employee(s) don't have to show credit card, or lose time making arrangements. We also arrange for and provide cell phones, computers, and anything else the employee needs in order to be successful in Mexico. We then simply invoice you on the next cycle.
